Sadie is six!

My little Sadie is six today.  She is so bouncy and giggly, it's like having a little woodland sprite living with you!  Every time I spend time with her I'm just so glad that she is still here after the scares she has given us in the past.  She has been an eager kindergartner and it has been fun to watch her blossom this year.

Today she got to choose a favorite breakfast or lunch (tonight is the kids' night at the church so didn't want a hard dinner!) and she decided to hit the local donut shop first thing this morning.  Then we went to Central Market to pick up a few things for this weekend.  I really love going to the "fun" food stores like Central Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's.  In my dream world, I would have the time/money to pop into those every day.  We came home with fresh, hot tamales and lots of other goodies, including Valentine white chocolate bark.  Ava gave it a two thumbs up!
