the lazy weekend

Aahhhhh.  Wouldn't it be nice to have nothing to do but collect seashells all day?  :-)

It was a wonderfully lazy weekend -- we went to the beach, to the local nature museum that my kids love, took Mee Mee to a Mother's Day lunch at Chili's, played long-lost board games (and also brought more people into the Settlers of Catan circle; yes, I am officially addicted), and ate lots of sugar and fat.

In honor of this blessed event, I made a valentine for her.  ;-)

"Jessica needs" . . .

I've seen this going around, so I thought I'd give a whirl just for kicks.  You google your name with "needs," all in quotes and list your top 10 returns.  Here are mine, dontcha love them:

1) Jessica needs cash [ain't that the truth!!!]

2) Jessica needs an adoptive family that is very structured

3) Jessica needs a bit of time off by herself to process things
